To keep quality consistent from one run to the next, we focus on four areas: planning, color control, material management, and change control.
Production schedules are set and confirmed before work starts: press time allocated, materials prepared, finishing scheduled, and delivery dates agreed.
Color is approved against a proof before the full run begins. Checks run mid-press and after finishing.
Substrates, inks, and finishing materials are specified and confirmed at the planning stage, with adjustments during production kept to a minimum. Correct material handling preserves print quality throughout the run.
Changes to specifications, quantities, or materials during production are agreed with the client before work continues, to reduce errors and avoid rework.
Client information is treated as confidential by default.
We do not publicly display client logos, product designs, or project details. All print files, specifications, and product samples are kept strictly confidential.
Where a client requires a confidentiality agreement, we work under its terms.
We plan around a client's product line rather than around single orders.
With a stable process and a clear understanding of the product from run to run, clients do not have to restate their requirements every time. Many clients work with La Trung through recurring orders.
